Francisco Purroy is responsible for projects in Europe and Asia-Pacific at Hiperbaric, the world leading manufacturer of high pressure processing (HPP) equipment for the food industry. His main areas of interest are the practical research, implementation and industrialisation or upscaling of this emerging non-thermal processing technology. In the past, Dr. Purroy gained working experiences in a wide range of food technology and food business areas.
