Ph.D. in Administrative Law and lawyer, since 2011 Dr. Stirparo is Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager at AIIPA, Associazione Italiana Industrie Prodotti Alimentari. He collaborates with several universities, journals, research institutions and PA agencies. Moreover, he is the author of numerous articles on food legislation and speaker in several conferences at international and national level, mainly on issues of food labeling and trade relations in the food chain.
