Dr. Cassinari has extensive experience in Quality Management and Analytical Laboratories, acquired in several chemical and food packaging companies. He currently works at Cellografica Gerosa Spa, leading company in the production of food packaging. He coordinates a multidisciplinary team who deals with the management of Quality Systems, Food Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability. From 2008 to 2012 he served as President of AIBO-FCE (Italian Association Business Operator - Food Contact Expert), a non-profit association related to the food chain, focused on scientific research for materials and articles intended for contact with food.
