Lecturers

Prof. Paolo Ajmone Marsan is Full Professor and Director of the Institute of Zootechnics and of the Nutrigenomic and Proteomic Research Center of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He participated in several projects funded by EU and is scientific advisor of FAO, IAEA and ANAFI (Italian Holstein breeders association). His research is mainly focused on investigation of DNA for livestock biodiversity and breeding.
