Paolo Berzaghi is Associate professor of Animal Science at Università degli Studi of Padova. He is currently the inventor or co-inventor of 5 patents on NIR application to farms or NIR database management. Current interests are the development of solutions for the use of NIR at farm level. In 2007 Dr. Berzaghi started a university spin-off company (www.grainit.it) to produce and install NIT systems on commercial combines, grain elevator and flour mills.
