Stefano Cardinali is Global Technical Manager - Food & Beverage in DNV GL - Business Assurance. He looks after the technical issues of the industry sector, supporting globally the business development according to the corporate strategy. He is cooperating with standards development and/or revision in the framework of the GFSI standards group, and, as UNI representative, in ISO TC34/SC17.
