Sara Corrado è ricercatrice presso l'Istituto di Chimica Agraria ed Ambientale dell'Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. La sua attività di ricerca si concentra sull'analisi delle performance ambientali dei sistemi di prodotto secondo l’approccio del Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).
