Dr. Ephraim Maltz is an animal physiologist specializing in environmental physiology and physiology of lactation, focusing on precision dairy farming and management in several fields of research.

He is working at A.R.O., the Volcani Center of the Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Israel.He is currently involved in EU projects in partnership with Leuven University, Università degli Studi of Milan, INRA and Uppsala University.
