From 2006 Adriano Marocco is Director of the Institute of Agronomy, Genetics and Crop Sciences and, from 2007, full professor of Plant Physiology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. He is a member of the scientific societies European Association for Research on Plant Breeding, International Society for Plant Molecular Biology, Federation of European Societies of Plant Physiology, Scandinavian Society of Plant Physiology, Italian Society of Agricultural Genetics, Italian Society of Plant Biology, and International Society for Mycotoxicology.
