Stefano Marta is presently International Consultant at FAO, where is coordinating the Territorial Approach to Food Security and Nutrition Policies Initiative. Since 2009, he has been part, with increasing responsibilities, of the FAO team pioneering the adoption of a territorial approach to FSN policies, which includes an ambitious joint project on the same topic with OECD and UNCDF. In addition, he has been part of the FAO Task Force for the formulation of the Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development Strategy 2040 of Oman. He also participated in the FAO Al-Ghab Development Programme (Syria).
