Lecturers

Prof. Aldo Prandini actually works at ISAN – Istituto di Scienze degli Alimenti e della Nutrizione, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Piacenza.  He teaches management and feeding of monogastric animals and carries out research on this topic. He is a member of PRONUTRIGEN, the Research Center of Nutrigenomics and Proteomics of the Faculty. He is author of 160 scientific papers.
