Erminio Trevisi is researcher at the Institute of Zootechnics of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. His predominant fields of research are the pathophysiology in the peripartum, the welfare, the milk quality, the immune and biochemical assessment of farm animals, and sustainability of animal productions. Recently he has focused the attention on the nutrigenomic studies. He collaborates with several prestigious international university, and has published more than 280 scientific contributes.
