CREMONA, HEART OF THE “PO FOOD VALLEY”

Our courses take place in Cremona, a medieval town near Milan, in the heart of the “Po Food Valley” also known as “Padana Food Valley”. "Padana" derives from "Padus” ancient Latin name of the river Po, whose course links Turin to Venice, passing through towns like Pavia, Piacenza, Cremona and the territories as the province of Parma.
